Okay guys here it is the moment you've been waiting for...my experience at Demi's concert last night (Thursday, June 19th)

Chantal, ME, Demi, Felicia

For those of you who don't know, yesterday I went to Six Flags America (in Maryland) with my sisters Chantal & Felicia to see Demi Lovato perform at the Gotham City Arena. The show started at 7pm and we got in line at 1:30 to wait. We were like the 5th group in line.
Then I noticed that many peolple had on purple bracelets for preferred seating and realized that we hadn't bought ours yet.
So Chantal waited in line and Felicia and I went back to the entrance to a candy store to buy 6 bags of Starbursts and 3 preferred seating bracelets. (Buying 2 bags of Starburst candy for $10= 1 preferred seating bracelet). The girls who worked in the candy store gave us a discount because she entered it in wrong in the cashier register. Just my luck!
So we got our bracelets and met up with Chantal back in line. We only left the line a few times to go buy bottled water and to use the bathroom. (Two of us would leave and the other person stayed behind to save our spot in line).
At around 2pm, I had to call my Demi sources about the private meet & greet that my sisters and I were gonna be getting. At first they told us it would be before the show started, but then they said it would be after the show.
Anyways, so we sat outside the arena in the hot sun for hours. Luckily we had a towel and an umbrella with us to block out the sun and sunblock. We mostly just sat on the ground and talked while we waited.
The hours went buy and more and more people started coming in line. At around 5pm/5:30pm WE HEARD DEMI DOING SOUNDCHECK! Many of the girls ran out of line to see her doing soundcheck through the doors. I sprinted to see the soundcheck, but coudn't see her over people's heads so I get back in line.
Around 6pm a local radio station- Mix 107.3 came and that was really cool.
After waiting in line for nearly 6 hours, the doors finally opened and everyone in line RAN LIKE CRAZY inside, even though security was yelling at us not to run, we did it anyway.
The people with the preferred seating bracelets were able to get their seats first. I tried to hold onto my sister Felicia's arm as we ran inside, but we broke hold.
And I lost my shoe trying to run! So I had to turn around and go back and get it!
I was so worried I wasn't going to get a good seat with my sisters.
Luckily, somehow I was able to put my shoe back on, run while carry 3 heavy things in my arms, and claim a seat next to my sisters in the 3 ROW CENTER!
Everyone scutted up their chairs as far as they would go to be closer to the stage. While we waited, they played music to get the crowd hyper! I made a last minute sign with purple and green markers I brought with me that read-
"Tiana from demi-lovato.com
The Spr**** Sisters ♥ Demi Lovato!"
Then 1 guy came off the stage and in front of it. I thought I recognized him, but I wasn't sure. Then all of a sudden he points to me & my sisters in the 3rd row and then it hits me- HE WAS DEMI'S FATHER! (Step Father) And then he asked me, "are you Tiana?" And I said "yes". And was he like "we'll talk after the show". And I was smiling saying "OKAY!"
Then some girls I was sitting next to asked me if I owned demi-lovato.com and I said "yes, me and a girl named Hollie from England own the site." And they said "ohh I love that site, I go to it everyday." (That made me happy) Then each of the girls asked if they could take pictures with me. I was very flattered. Nobody has ever come up to me like this! So I said yes and I took pictures with all of them.
The show finally started at around 7:05pm. As soon as we saw Demi, we went CRAZY! My sisters and I and many other people stood on our chairs to get a better look. The whole arena filled with loud music and screaming! It was AMAZING! She did such an incredible job! Her show was FLAWLESS! I LOVED all the songs she performed and I can't wait until her album comes out!
I've been following Demi's career since her start began with Disney. I was SO proud of her to see her on stage performing! It made me really happy and almost teary eyed to see her up on stage doing something that she truly loves to do.
Anyways, Demi is a excellent performer! She definately knows how to work a crowd! Everyone was screaming and cheering wanting more and more! But sadly, the show had to come to an end. I wish it could've gone on for another hour!
After the show, the people in the front didn't want to leave. They shouted "Demi, Demi, Demi" over and over. Members of Demi's band passed out set lists to random people and threw guitar picks at them too. Sadly, I didn't get either.
Demi's band then began signing autographs and girls ran over to get some. I was going to run also, but then I saw Demi's dad and I knew it was time to go backstage!
Chantal stood on a chair and held up our sign that we made and Demi's father spotted us! We ran over to where the girls were getting authographs from the band. Demi's dad spotted us. And then security said "I'm looking for 3 girls" and many of the girls raised their hands, but then Demi's dad pointed to us.
Security had to make way for us to get through the screaming girls. Now we were on the other side, standing with Demi's father, the security guy, and Demi's band. It was SO SURREAL! We gave Demi's father a hug and then he took us backstage.
Right behind us were a few radio contest winners.
Once we got backstage, we said our BIG hello's to Demi's dad. Then we took some pictures with him.

The people backstage offered us some drinks- water, powerade, soda, etc. So we got something to drink and continued to talk to Demi's dad. Then I finally met one of my Demi sources. He was one of people I had talked to earlier. We continued talking for a bit.
Then a lady from the Washington Post (a BIG newspaper here in the DC/MD/VA area) named Laura Yao came up to me and asked to interview ME! She asked me a few questions about how I was able to have all of this happen. So I tried to make a long story short and explain to her the whole process of how I started. After she interviewed me, we took a picture on my camera.
Then Demi's band was out and Chantal got autographs from 2 of her band members. I was going to go over there, but a girl recognized me from my site! So we talked and took a picture. Then it was time for the meet & greet for the radio contest winners and other few people who got to go backstage.
My meet & greet with Demi was seperate from the other people's. So we had to wait until the other meet & greet was over.
We stood around talking to each other and occasionally Demi's Dad for a bit.
Then one of my Demi sources called me over. And standing right over there was Demi! The moment I had been waiting for for 9 months was finally here! IT WAS SO SURREAL!
I said "OMGGGG, Demi! Hi!" And I gave we gave each other a great BIG hug! We were so excited to finally meet each other! My sisters hugged and then I went to go grab my camera. Demi's manager took 2 pictures of us. And then we stood around talking for a few minutes. She asked us how we like the show and of course we said it was INCREDIBLE! And then I told her that I was SO proud of her! She's come such a long since she first started on Disney doing As The Bell Rings.
Then Demi was all like that it feels like she's talking on the phone to us! (If you remember Chantal & I did 2 phone interviews with Demi last year.) Then I asked if I could do a short interview with her. And Demi's manager said "yes! So then we went into this small building and waited in this room that had 3 signed guitars sitting on the sofa. I decided to take a picture of them.
(These guitars are NOT ours! I only took a picture of them!)
Then Demi came in to the room to sign the guitars. And then she showed us her dressing room but we decided to go into another dressing room to do the interview. We talked for about 10 minutes and then we finally started the interview. I had written down some questions the night before to ask her. The interview took about 9-10 minutes.
(I will post the interview video soon!)
And then I asked Demi if she had any posters to sign for us because we didn't her anything for her to sign. (How stupid of me not to bring anything, I know!)
But then Demi's manager said that he could go get some posters for her to sign and she'd sign them later, after she get's interviewed by the Washington Post. So he asked us if we wanted to wait. And we said "yes"
So while Demi was being interviewed by the Washington Post in another room, we waited in the room. And then Demi's Aunt Lisa came in and I finally got to meet her too. We told her that we were waiting for Demi's interview to end with the Washington Post so she could sign our posters. But then her aunt told us that it was gonna take 30 minutes!
It was already 9pm and our parents were waiting outside of Six Flags and they kept calling us several times complaining that they wanted to leave. So then I took out an index card from my bag and wrote our names on it and our address and went outside to find Demi's dad to give it to him. I told him that we had to leave because our parents were already there and my dad had to wake up at 4:30am to go to work the next day.
He said he understands and that it was okay. So I handed him the index card and asked him if he could get Demi to sign us autographs and mail it to us. And he said "yes." So we said our goodbyes and waited for security to escort us "V.I.Ps" to our parents. We got into the this security guy's SUV and he drove like a fricken MANIAC to meet us up with our parents. And that was the end of my night.
It was seriously the BEST night of my life! The whole I was like this is SO surreal! It felt like I was dreaming. I've waited like 9 months to meet Demi and yesterday I got WAY more than what I could ever ask for. The whole day was just AMAZING! I wish I could just re-live it!
Thanks to EVERYONE who made last night the best night ever! I will NEVER forget it!
